Across years of collaboration we have produced the marketing content that helps Birch bring its developments to market, and Rantzausbakke is among the most compelling.
Master-planned by Sweco Architects and completed in 2023, it is organised into three architecturally distinct sub-quarters, Bakken (“the hill”), Engen (“the meadow”) and Lunden (“the grove”), woven together by a green central spine and a shared community house.

We produced the development’s hero digital content, the imagery that has to carry the project in any investor deck or sales portal, built for international audiences.
